When it comes to Jeff and me and our hotel standards, I am not quite as picky. (Jeff is a self-proclaimed hotel snob, afterall!) But not having any hot water this morning is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
Wow, that's a pretty enormous failure. What do you even do about that? It's not like you can ask for your money back, because it's not yours anyway.
No hot water is where I would also draw a line. I'm still living with a broken toilet seat, tub that doesn't drain, and a shower that works half-assed.
I seem to have hot water now (we'll see about the morning), but when I got home this evening I didn't have access to my room and it took them 10 minutes to regain entry. Grrr...
I had problems getting into my room Monday night.
