I met with a realtor team this afternoon at my house in Cleveland to discuss my options and to see what they can do for me. I already like them better than my previous realtor. They took the time to find out what my personal situation is and what I'm hoping to achieve (besides just selling the house). They toured the house and took lots of notes. What they didn't do was give me a price quote on what they thought they could sell it for. No, instead they want to go back and do some homework and more market research and they're hoping to provide me with some options by the end of the week. Let's see what happens. Selling my house without going bankrupt in the process is a top goal for me.
