Mind you, Geraldo is a joke too, but he's calling out O'Reilly on what he's really doing: Taking a tragedy and using it to make his own political point, which does in fact make him a douche bag.

And he wants the mayor to resign? Give me a break. If I was the family of the girls who died, I'd be appalled by this.

Call me a cynic, but how much of that tirade wasn't just to get our attention. It's not like he and Geraldo aren't attention whores.

O'Reilly is soon to go the way of Limbaugh and become a joke to everyone but his most ardent supporters.

I don't watch the show but it is my understanding that Bill O usually cuts the mike when somebody tries to argue with him. Why didn't that happen? Is it because Geraldo is also a Faux News tool?

It's a more difficult to cut the mic on a guy sitting next to you (without getting decked) as opposed to a remote location.

I was flipping through morning news shows this morning (redundant), and the Fox show had Geraldo on talking about the O'Reily incident. The short interview I caught made me laugh when Geraldo said, "This shows how Fox News really is fair and balanced." Hah. Right.

Also, I just want to point out that the google ads on this page are hilarious - the current one asks "Is Fox News really fair and balanced?"
