Well, there are a lot of vegetarians though, and not all of them eat right. Her hospital I think has some kind of religious affiliation too where they tend to specialize in vegetarianism.

And Colorado is way more health-conscious than any other state I've been in (except maybe Florida where there's just old people up the wazoo and are always sickly). And yes, I work at a Seventh-Day Adventist hospital where our cafeteria is all vegetarian (but we serve meat to the patients because they're sick and in need of...meat?). I love it there.

I never wanted to work in weight loss or diabetes anyway. Very frustrating field. I'd like to end up in a school system.
