CampusFish was started as an inexpensive alternative to other blog and
photo album sites, with an emphasis on ease of use and community.

Privacy
We record your personal information (name, address,
e-mail address) only when you voluntarily offer it. We do not sell or rent any
information you submit to us. Our servers log URLs and times of access to each
page of our site, the referring URL and the IP address or hostname of the
computer making the request. We use this information only to monitor the volume
of traffic to the site, except in cases where we suspect a user is abusing the
site's resources. In such cases, we will attempt to identify the ISP of the
user and let the provider know about the abuse. This information is also used to
identify password sharing and site harvesting, both of which are grounds for
account termination.
Terms of Service
All users of the World Wide Web site at http://www.campusfish.com ("site") are
bound by these terms of service ("TOS"). A "user" is a
person or entity that interacts with the site via the Internet by means that
include, but are not limited to, the World Wide Web, e-mail, etc., and accesses text,
images, sound recordings, video recordings, data and other forms of
media ("content"). "Subscribers" are users of the site that have access to
premium content. POP World Media, LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company ("POP
World Media") operates and owns the site and its content.
By accessing the site, users agree to be bound by the following terms and
obligations:
- That the TOS is a legal contract that they enter
into, and are able to do so of their own free will and understanding, and
shall be executed in the jurisdiction of Ohio in the United States.
- To accept these terms as amended and changed at the discretion of
POP World Media. Extensions to the terms may include other
instructions as posted to the site.
- Users agree that they are at least 18 years of age.
- Provide factual billing and registration information,
and agree that any false information provided constitutes electronic fraud.
- Users will not share passwords with other users.
- Users agree not to use the site in any manner that
will adversely affect the performance of the site, including, but not limited
to, crawling or archiving the site, or using download managers.
- Users agree to use the site only for personal,
private use, and not for any commercial use.
- Users will not infringe on POP World Media's copyright or
trademark in any way, and will not redistribute, publish or alter the
content.
- Users understand that POP World Media makes no representation about the suitability
or accuracy of the content and all content is provided "as
is" without any warranty, expressed or implied. POP World Media shall
not be liable for any damages caused by the use of the content. Links
from the site to other sites are provided for the convenience of
users. Links do not constitute endorsements by POP World Media and
may be followed solely at the risk of the viewer.
- Considering the real-time nature of the content
posted to the site, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the
validity of information posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy,
completeness or usefulness of any content, and are not responsible for the
contents of any messages posted to our forums or via our electronic mail
system ("messages"). The messages express the views of the author of the
message. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is
encouraged to contact abuse@campusfish.com immediately by e-mail.
- POP World Media reserves the right to delete any message for any or no
reason at all. Users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages,
and they agree to indemnify and hold harmless POP World Media and
its agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of their
messages. POP World Media further reserves the right to limit the number
of times a user may post messages or revoke this priviledge entirely, without
refund or compensation to the user.
- Agree, through your use of this service, that users will not
use the site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate,
abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive
of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. Users agree
not to post any copyrighted material. Users agree that all
posts made to the site become the property of POP World Media.
- Users will not upload images that may be considered
obscene or pornographic. If you believe a user has posted obscene or
pornographic material, please contact abuse@campusfish.com and indicate the user name and album name where
the image resides.
- Users will not under any circumstances stalk or harass
members of the site.
- Users agree not to spam (send unsolicited
advertisements or e-mail) for the purpose of obtaining referral credits. Any
user found doing so will be subject to access termination without refund or
compensation.
- POP World Media reserves the right to reveal a
user's identity (or whatever information we know about them) in the event
of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by a user.
- Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and
solicitations are inappropriate and prohibited on the site.
- Any dispute or legal suit arising from the use or in
relation to the site or POP World Media will be settled in the courts of the
State of Ohio in the United States.
- POP World Media reserves the right to discontinue
publishing content at any time and without notice, refund or compensation to
the user.
- Users agree to accept charges made against their credit cards
at the time of ordering or renewing a subscription and will not dispute
these charges with their bank. POP World Media does not automatically
renew subscriptions.
- Users understand that violation of any terms as listed in the TOS are
grounds for cancellation of access priviledges or paid accounts without refund
or compensation.
